Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ong77 ("Platform", "we"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the ong77.one website, including all services, games, features and content available on it.

If it is proven that a User is under 21 years of age, ong77 reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate that account immediately
• Cancel all winnings and balances in the relevant account
• Report the matter to the relevant authorities if necessary

2.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is only allowed to hold one (1) active account on the ong77 platform. Registering multiple accounts using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts involved being suspended.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ong77 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Documents that may be requested include an identity card (MyKad), proof of current address and additional information related to the payment method used. Users are responsible for providing accurate, valid and up-to-date documents.

User Account & Responsibilities

Users are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under their account. ong77 recommends that Users take the following steps to keep their account secure:

• Use a strong and unique password — a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols
• Do not share your password or login details with anyone
• Log out of the platform every time you use a shared device
• Notify ong77 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each User is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other users
• ong77 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse or fraud is detected

• ong77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or terminate any promotion at any time

Betting Rules & Platform Usage

The ong77 platform offers a variety of game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, poker and Teen Patti. Each game category has its own rules published within the platform. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is solid evidence of a verifiable technical error. ong77 uses certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fairness in every slot game and table game.

• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity

Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

8.1 ong77's Rights

ong77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any User account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms
• Fraud, theft, manipulation or illegal activity
• Requests from authorities or law enforcement bodies
• Account inactivity for a specified period
• Operational or technical requirements of the platform

8.2 Account Closure at the User's Initiative

Users have the right to close their account at any time by contacting ong77 customer support. Before the account closure is processed, all valid cash balances will be returned to the User via the original payment method used, subject to any outstanding bonus turnover requirements.

Data Protection & Privacy

ong77 is committed to protecting the personal data of all Users in line with internationally accepted data protection principles. The collection, processing and storage of Users' personal data is governed by the ong77 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this overall agreement.
